4.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl4444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. jl4444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl4444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
12.1 jl4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl4444 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
